Don’t have nail polish remover? Worry not. We have some easy hacks for you on how you can remove nail polish whenever you run out of your remover.
Have a look at some of them:
1. Hair spray
Hair spray has alcohol making it a good alternative for nail polish remover. Spritz some of it on your nails and quickly wipe off using cotton balls. Quite simple, huh?
2. Nail polish
I know this sounds odd but it can actually help. Apply nail polish on top of the old one the wipe off immediately using a paper towel. You can also use the topcoat and it will serve the same purpose.

3. Perfume or deodorant
If you still have some perfume left, you are good to go. Spray your nails and wipe the nail polish off using tissue paper or cotton balls.
4. Hand sanitizer
Like perfume and hair spray, hand sanitizer contains alcohol which makes it easier to remove the nail polish even if you don’t have remover. It might take some time to get the job done but it does save the day.

5. Toothpaste
Apart from cleaning your teeth, you could also use toothpaste to literally clean off the nail polish. Apply some on your nails and brush it off using a toothbrush.
6. Lemon and vinegar
You can also make your own remover at home using household products like vinegar and lemons. When lemon juice and vinegar are mixed, they form a natural solvent which helps in removing nail polish. Soak your fingers in the mixture for around five minutes then wipe off with cotton balls.
