Ovulation symptoms arent difficult to notice.
This is when an egg is released from the ovum into the fallopian tube to get ready for fertilisation.
Within this cycle is the best time to try and get pregnant. The exact best time to have sex is just before the egg gets deposited in the fallopian tube.
It is also suggested that this is the time a woman is most sexually aroused. So whether you want to have the best sex of your life or increase your chances of getting pregnant, this could- biologically- be the best time to do the nasty.
Here are some signs that you are ovulating.
1. Discharge
During ovulation, a clear thick white mucus is secreted.
2. Higher body temperature
Due to the release of progesterone, at that time in your circle, you will experience high body temp.
3. Breast tenderness
Hormones released at this point make your breasts tender to the touch.
4. Ovulation pain
A sharp pain in your lower abdomen that seems to occur randomly and feels like a phantom menstrual cramp. This midcycle pain is a sign that you're actually ovulating at that point.
The pains are usually temporary but if they are severe it could be a sign of endometriosis and you would need medical assistance about that.
